Privacy Policy
Alchemyst LAB S.r.l. provides this notice under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 («GDPR») to visitors of alchemystlab.com (the «Site»). The Site is informational: it has no forms and uses no third-party analytics, profiling or marketing cookies. This translation is provided for convenience; the Italian version prevails.
1. Data controller

The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as the conditions of Article 37 GDPR do not apply.
2. Data processed
Browsing data. The systems running the Site collect, in their normal operation, data implicit in the use of Internet protocols: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time. They are used to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
Data you send. If you write to one of the email addresses on the Site, we process your address and the content of your message to reply.
Cookies. The Site uses technical cookies only, described in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Delivering the Site, security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Replying to email requests: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest in following up (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
Compliance with legal obligations and defence of rights in court (Art. 6.1.c and 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Retention
Browsing data are kept by the platform provider only as long as needed for security and operation. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle the request and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Recipients and transfers
The Site is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which processes browsing data as a processor. Wix.com Ltd. is based in Israel, a country covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission; any transfer to other non-EEA countries relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Email is handled by the provider of the company mailboxes, based in Italy. Data are never sold or transferred to third parties.
6. Your rights
You can exercise at any time, by writing to info@alchemystlab.com, the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
7. The Alchemyx platform
Processing related to alchemyx.ai and the use of the Alchemyx platform is described in the notices published on alchemyx.ai.
8. Changes
The controller may update this notice; the version in force is always the one published on this page.
